Reading, Writing and Arithmatic

Update:
Sam is doing so well in school. Already he has displayed some amazing talents. He's able to trace his letters and numbers and as they learn new letters and numbers each week he excels at recognizing them on signs, paper and on TV. He has enjoyed getting to know his little friends and often asks me at the end of class if he can go to their houses for play dates. He says "you need to get Harrison and Savannah's number Mom, we need to play after school". It sounds so grown up. He's starting to read words like So, Mom, Dad, Yes, No, To, Go, Stop etc. Mostly the short ones, but he'll get there. He had to sit in the blue chair (naughty chair) at school on his third day, but it wasn't because he used a bad word or was mean, but he kept touching the other kids art work. He hopefully learned from it and has seemed to considering the first thing he told me was that he had been naughty and to have him sit in the naughty place at home because of it. He must have really thought he disappointed his teacher. He gets to show his "all about me" poster tomorrow and he is so excited. We'll let you know how it goes.
