Pure Joy
It seems like yesterday that we had little Sammy. We are amazed it's been a year. It's been such a wonderful experience and we couldn't imagine one day without him. He is such a powerful blessing in our lives. He has such a sweet disposition and has always been such a wonderful child. Everyone always tells us what a perfect little kid he is and that we should know how lucky we are...and we do. He always has a smile on his face, very little makes him upset and he's always taken each challenge in stride. Whether it's helmet therapy, renal ultrasounds and VCUGs, or a broken femur. He is our little wonder.

What an awesome year it has been with our little Sammy. He has brightened all our lives and is such a joy to be around. I can't believe the difference in his newborn pics and the current ones. What a doll! Happy Birthday little Sam, we love you more each day!
